Dr. Omar examines a young patient in Abu Wajnam, a hamlet in Tel Afar district. We see many children with flu, it spreads very easily just like skin diseases. Lack of hygiene is one of the main factors for these epidemics and the direct consequence of the lack of water or electricity.
